#57. Draw Your Favorite Insect

I decided to draw a carpenter bee because they have always been my favorite insect. Growing up they would always be outside in the garden, and my mom would tell me that I did not have to be scared them because they don't sting. I love their fluffy little bodies. I used the micron pen because I knew it would work well for capturing all the little hairs on the body as well as the delicate lines in the wings.
